Refunds

• Before we submit to Companies House: full refund, no questions — just ask.
• Submitted, no answer yet: Companies House usually answers the same working day. If you ask while it's pending, we refund in full — and if the register then accepts the filing anyway, you keep both the refund and the filing. We'd rather lose £39 than argue.
• Companies House rejected the filing: we fix and resubmit at no extra cost. If we cannot get your accounts accepted, full refund.
• After acceptance: the service is delivered — the accounts are on the public register with your certificate as proof. No refund at that point, because there is nothing to give back.

To ask: reply to any of our e-mails or write to [email protected] with your company number. Refunds go back to the card that paid, usually within 5–10 working days (that part is the card network's pace, not ours).
